Cazetti

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cazetti platform (“Cazetti”, “we”, “us”) operated by Amanda Salazar Hogenfält. By creating an account or using Cazetti you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Cazetti

Cazetti is available to individuals aged 18 or over and to companies acting through authorised representatives. By registering you confirm that you meet these criteria and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cazetti.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

4. Rules for All Users

You must not:

Upload or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute Cazetti data without written permission.
Use automated tools to access Cazetti in a way that degrades performance for other users.
Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication, or multi-tenant isolation.
Use Cazetti to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

5. Agency Responsibilities

Agencies and their representatives who publish property listings on Cazetti agree that:

All listing information — including price, surface area, location, features, and images — is accurate and is kept up to date.
They hold the rights to publish the listed properties and any associated media.
They will respond to buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
They will not publish listings for properties they do not hold a mandate to sell or let.
They accept the platform's AI-enhanced content policy: AI-generated or AI-inferred content is clearly distinguished from verified source data.

6. AI-Generated Content

Cazetti uses artificial intelligence to enhance property descriptions, translate content, and surface insights. AI-generated or AI-inferred content is labelled accordingly and does not constitute a verified fact, professional valuation, or legal advice. Cazetti does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify important details independently.

7. Buyer Use of the Platform

Cazetti provides property search, comparison, and discovery tools to buyers free of charge. Nothing on Cazetti constitutes legal, financial, or professional property advice. Buyers should obtain independent advice before entering into any property transaction.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Agency subscriptions are processed by Paddle (our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record). Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms are displayed at checkout and are governed by Paddle's terms. Cazetti reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Your Content

By uploading content to Cazetti (listing descriptions, images, documents) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and distribute that content as part of providing the service. You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell your content to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

The Cazetti platform, brand, and technology are the intellectual property of Amanda Salazar Hogenfält. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Cazetti without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cazetti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or property transaction losses. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cazetti in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Cazetti after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
